House Rules:

• Occupancy Limits:

  • Only the registered number of guests at the time of check-in are allowed to stay in the villa. No additional guests are permitted.

  • Visitors beyond this limit must be approved in advance.

• Reservation and Payment:

  • To secure a reservation, a 10% deposit is required.

  • Full payment is due 3 days before the check-in date.

  • We accept payments through Bank Account Transfers.

• Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations made 14 days prior to the check-in date will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 14 days of the check-in date will not be eligible for a refund.

• Check-In/Check-Out:

  • Check-in time is 2.00 p.m. and check-out time is 11.00 a.m..

  • Early check-ins or late check-outs may be accommodated based on availability and with prior approval.

• Smoking Policy:

  • Our property is strictly non-smoking. Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas.

  • A cleaning fee will be charged for violations of the smoking policy.

• Pets:

  • Pets are not allowed on the premises.

  • Guests bringing unauthorised pets may be subject to additional cleaning fees.

• Noise and Respectful Behaviour:

  • Excessive noise that disturbs neighbors is not permitted.

• Damages and Losses:

  • Guests are responsible for any damages or losses to the property and its contents during their stay.

  • A security deposit may be required and will be refunded after the property has been inspected.

• Security and Safety:

  • Guests are responsible for securing the property during their stay.

  • In case of emergency, contact 119.

• Indemnity:

  • Guests agree to indemnify and hold Oesis Galle harmless from any claims, losses, or damages.

• Changes to Reservation:

  • Changes to reservations are subject to availability and may be subject to additional fees.
